Container identification
Our process begins with the precise identification of each container. Thanks to RFiD technology, we are able to track each unit from the entrance to the delivery.
Our RFiD identification system ensures maximum transparency and safety at every stage of the work.
Abrasive action-free washing
To ensure that containers maintain their structural wholeness, we use a washing an abrasive action-free washing system. The specific chemical mixtures we use are selected to provide effective cleaning without damaging metal surfaces.
This approach is ideal for containers used in the transport of paints, inks and other chemicals and petrochemicals.
Quality control and certificates
Each container is subjected to a thorough quality control prior to delivery. We identify critical points and ensure they meet the required standards. At the end of the process, we issue a check sheet that certifies compliance with the safety and quality criteria.
We offer regular checks and audits according to UN and ADR regulations to ensure that containers are suitable for the carriage of dangerous goods.
Specific washing for automotive industry
We have an in-house laboratory dedicated exclusively to this industry, so that we can carry out the necessary tests to ensure that each container is free from particles that could damage paints.
We carry out specific filtration tests in the laboratory and a crater-test to verify the absence of pollutant particles, so as to ensure the correct cleaning of each container.
